Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
Stage IV lung cancer patient won't be fit for such a major surgery, Anaesthetist will declare unfit.
But by any means, if the patient is fit for surgery , She won't be able to cop-up with stress post-operatively & her physical condition won't allow her to walk.
So, In my opinion She shouldn't go for THR
