Should Antibiotics Be Given For Child's Throat Pain And Fever?

Hi. My 7 yo daughter had a fever for 2 days then she was ok (only given paracetamol). But now (2 days after her last fever) she is complaining that it hurts when swallowing, like something stuck in her throat. Her tonsil is not red. But her tongue is white with red dots. Should I give her antibiotics?
