Should Caffeine Be Avoided After Gastric Bypass?

I have recently had the gastric bypass. I was told not to drink coffee and tea because of the Linnin in it, which is what causing them both to be dark colored. Are there any alternatives for me where i can still get the caffiene with out getting the linnin? Thank you!

Hi. What a difficult question.
As per the present knowledge it may be difficult to get caffeine without getting linnin.
