Should Child Be Given Relent Or T Minic For Blocked Nose?

My daughter 2 yrs 6 mths sore throat n cold 12 days back.gaver her taxim o and sinarest af and finally had a cough and congestion for which ambrodil s was prescribed for 5 days but still nose is sort of blocked and stuffy with thick off white mucus.should I give her relent or t minic to clear this and shes been on medicines for so many days now. Please advice

For blocked nose nasoclear drops would be appropriate.
