Should Child Be Taken To The Hospital For Pain In Head When Moving Neck After Fall?

my grandson fell from some monkey type bars at school about 5-6 feet landed flat on his back and back of head-he seems ok now,but says the middle of his back hurts when he moves his head..
should i take him in to hosptal?this happened aprox 5 hours ago
