Should Duphaston Be Continued After A False Pregnancy Alert?

I m taking treatment for conceiving, My doctor suggested Duphaston to use for 15 days. My last period was on 30th March 2014, I generally get my Menstrual cycle 26-28 days. I missed my period, i thought i m pregnant. I have done HCG test at home and the result was negative. Now should i be using any medicine to get my periods and will it hurt my health, pls let me know my next step as i m in a confusion state.

first u go to pathologist and then get a urine test done again there, as sometimes home pregnancy test comes negative with test strips. if thats positive then good and if still its negative then take tab meprate 10 mg twice daily for 5 days and 2 spoons of syrup evecare and wait for 1 week then u will get periods
