Should Fertisure F Capsules Be Taken Before Or After Periods?

Hallo my guery is doctor prescribe me to take fertisure f capsules for 15days but I forgot when start to take a capsules after period or before period what can they help me.why prescribe doc.and to start 16 days doc says to take meprate tablet pls tell me how can help me those tab and cap help me.

I understand your concern.
Fertisure F Tablet containsAsthaxanthine, Ferrous Gluconate, Folic Acid, Larginine, Lycopene, Pyridoxine, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Zinc as active ingredients. Hence, it contains vitamins and antioxidants and thus does not have any side effects.
It would be ideal to take this medication from the day of menstrual periods for 15 days as prescribed, as it would help in maturation process of the follicles and development of good quality ovum.
Following this, you can continue to take Meperate, as it contains Medroxyprogesterone.
Medroxyprogesterone help in developing the thick bed in uterus for implantation of fertilized egg.
In case you are trying to conceive and your periods are regular (28 days cycle), you can time intercourse during the fertile period (Day 10 to Day 17), which should improve the chances for you to conceive, along with the medications.
