Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
While having sex for the first time, frenulum need not be torn.
Frenulum tears with rough sex. That will cause bleeding around the penis.
There's no need to retract the foreskin, before having sex.
The foreskin will retract on it's own, without causing any pain, or bleeding.
Retracting the foreskin or not,and having sex, is the same.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
