Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

It is probably viral illness. Usually, fever can go upto 104 f. If your child is having other symptoms like delirium, confusion or seizures, then immediately take him, otherwise you can wait for 2 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasanna Lakshmi, Pediatrician
