Should I Be Concerned About Sweating, Headache, And Drowsiness During Dropped Sugar Levels?

My blood sugar dropped to 56 I drank some orange juice got it to 63. So I took 3 tablets of glopaugh. Got it to 123. Gave 10 units of fast acting insulin and ate dinner. Had a porkchop, califlower, cottage cheese and a small glass of milk. Blood sugar an hour later at 123 but I fell terrible. Sweating, headache, and sleepy. Should I call a doctor.
