Should I Be Concerned About Increased Heart Rate And Pain Under Breast Bone?

Hi, im 32 female. I suffer from occasional panic attacks for which i take beta blockers for. For the past two hours my heart rate has been over 120 beats per min. I have started to get a slight pain underneath my left breast bone. Should i be conserned?

This rate in spite of beta blocker / and lasting for 2 hours – needs to be looked at by your doctor
