Should I Be Concerned About Small Mean Diameter Of Gestational Sac?

I am 39 years old. Eight weeks pregnant. Have had three healthy pregnancies but one miscarriage last month. I was told at a 7th week scan that the heartbeat was 150 bpm and the measurements were normal but the mean diameter of the gestational sac was somewhat small. Should I be concerned?
