i have a hypoechoic lesion measuring 4.5x3.8x3.6 in my right ovary with an appearance of an endometrioma . I have lower back pain and cramps. I am 43 with 2 children. i have my tubes tied. Ovarian cancer on both my parents sides. I am undergoing more test. SHould i be concerned
