Should I Be Concerned About The Popping Sound From Incision Area?

I had an incisional hernia repaired for the second time 3 weeks ago. This one was not done laproscopic. The surgeon opened me up with a vertical incision approx 5 long. My incision is healing nicely. Today when I bent over slightly to put on some pants I felt something pop. Do I have internal stitches? Should I be concerned?

i,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Wound Tear-from the bending stress.
I would suggest you to have immediate re-check from operating Surgeon, after USG study of the pop up spot and surrounding wound.
Total Rest and
Assessment from Surgeon would resolve your worry.

Other causes of Wound dehiscence, like anaemia / poor thread material/ tissue weakness, needs to be ruled out after physical and USG examination from Surgeon.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
