Should I Be Concerned About Yellow Burning Stool And Stomach Pain?

Hi, I am a 21 year old female, I ve been experiencing brite yellow burning stool, this has continued for 3 days so far, I eat extremely healthy and I have no past of pregnancy. I have had this kind of problem before but it s never lasted this long. I m also receiving painful stomach/ ademin crapping. Been to the hospital for the pain and cramping to see if there was anything wrong and they sent me home with nothing after performing a number of tests. However the pain is so bad that I can not sleep. I m very concerned so please if there s anything you can suggest I would hugly appreciate it.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history about a 21 year female having yellow stools that are causing burning at anus, in spite of healthy food and no pregnancy, cramping in abdomen, been to hospital and they did tests and asked to go home, pain is severe enough not to allow sleep.
I would advise you the following:
Since there is burning pain, means there is an infection in the intestines and hence needs a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, anti-spasmodic and other symptomatic treatment.
You would be fine soon.,
If there are no results then you may need further investigations and additional treatment.
