Hello my name is Charmaine im a 19 year old female and tonight I have been suffering from crippling pains in my right hip and knee this has only started since I slipped on water and fell really hard to the floor could U please give me some advice about what I could have done to my hip please I would be very grateful. I really understand your concern, you have history of fall, that might have damaged the soft tissue (Soft tissue injury) and this would be the main reason of your pain, but this will go away with the "Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, you need to take rest till you get alright, and this will take few days, nothing to worry about this, have good day.
