Should I Be Concerned As My Feet And Palm Gets Very Hot?
Thank you, this is fantastic, I am impressed for such service. My concern is during night my feet(soles) and palm of my heands get very hot and have a funn sensation in them. It wakes nme up in the night and fell like but dont have swelling in my feet. Am quite worried about this. Thank you Tazim
As having a burning sensation in the feet and arms can be due to disturbed physiology. Having a uric acid test done will be good. Post which if the test turns out positive then medicine for the same will be advised.
If the test is negative then try doing static neck exercises, upper limb strengthening exercises, core stability, and hip muscle strengthening exercises. This should relieve pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
