Should I Be Concerned As My Son's Face Is Very Flushed?

My 7 year old son was up most of the night vomiting and dry heaving. He seemed fine today, but his face is very flushed. He feels a little warm, so I gave him some Advil, but I am wondering if I need to be concerned about anything. I don't remember seeing his face this red before.
