Hi,

Burning sensation with redness on face would be some other disease unrelated to scrotal infection or its treatment. It may be either rosacea or lupus erythematosus or some irritation. You consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis.
If there is itching, take levocetirizine. You may apply mild steroid cream with antibiotics. Sunexposure should be avoided. Avoid to wash the face with soap.
I hope you to my answer.

Thanks.
