Should I Be Worried About 10 Month Old Having Frequent Bowel Movement And Large Spot On Back?

My daughter 10.5 months. She has been pooing non stop for two days ie 7 soiled nappies yesterday and today she woke with poo all over her then had another four soiled nappies. She has gone off her food and tonight I noticed a spot on her back quite large. Should I be worried
