Should I Be Worried About A Lump On The Head After An Injury?

HI i hit my head on concrete and there is a lump on my head and scrapes on my face i went to the nurse on Saturday and put antiseptic on the scrape and put a plaster on it( forgot what is called) and she said
come back on Monday(tomorrow). What Should i do?

Hi..

She did a good job. For a lump, you should take a pain killer like paracetamol, if you have only pain. You should make sure you didnt have seizures or more than 2 episodes of vomitting.
