Should I Be Worried About Cancer With Tightness In Chest,bumps In Veins And Pain In Shoulder?

I am a 44 yr old female smoker, having shortness of breath, chest feeling tight, eyes dialating different, "bumps" in veins, pain between shoulder blades. Ongoing for awhile. progressivly getting worse. Chest xray showed no tumors.Only that my ribs were very spaced out. Could it still be lung cancer & xray just missed

Hi
Your symptoms are not in favour of lung cancer.
But, get an ECG or it's better to go for Treadmill test to rule out heart problem.
If it is normal,then CT Scan chest may be needed to rule out Lung cancer.
