Should I Be Worried About My After A Fall From A Bed,otherwise No Problems?

Hello, my 13month old fell from a bed yesterday and hit her mouth.. she only cried for a few minutes, she looks and acts fine. I'm taking her to the dentist this morning, Shall I go get her checked out with her pediatrician? The bed is pretty high and she is coming down with a cold also.

Hello. Thank you for your question. This is a very common occurrence with children of this age.You are doing the right thing by bringing her to the dentist. In terms of other concerns, in the absence of loss of consciousness at the time of the accident, and the fact she is acting fine, there is nothing to be worried about. if you wanted to go to your doctor for the cold, you can certainly do that. But regarding the fall, there is no concern.
