Should I Be Worried About Soreness In The Head?

Apparently I hit my head getting out of the shower a few weeks ago. I told my mam when it happened. I can't remember hitting my head. Today I felt a raised area of skin that is squishy and sore to touch so I must of hit my head. It happened a few weeks ago, should I be concerned?

Hi, hitting the head few weeks ago is not a matter of concern if there is not history of LOC , vomitting , seizures and persistent headache.
You have felt skull hematoma today .
Generally it subsides on its own with time and not a matter of concern.Thanks
