Should I Be Worried About The Fever In My Baby After A Fall?

Yesterday my baby fall off bed she had a little bump on her head and bruises under her eye we just took her to gp and he put some strips on her bruises . She is 8 months she is having fever I m worried but she was also having fever a day before she fell. I wanted to know whether something's wrong with her thanks

As fever was before fall also there must be some other cause for it..but due to bruising there can be fever so use crocin ..it will relieve pain also..see for vomitings and consciousness level ...
