Should I Be Worried About The Hard Lump Behind Ears Of A 10 Year Old Child?

Hi my son is coming 10yrs old and ive notice he has a hard lump behind his ears like a hard round bone. One side is slightly bigger than the other side. He has had no fever and they dont hurt him but im a bit concerned as to what this could be. Is it just a part of a growing. A peace of mind would be great. Thank you
