Should I Be Worried About The Pain In Buttocks After A Fall With No Fracture?
I fell on my right buttock after kicking a soccer ball with my right leg. I had x-rays to check for fractures. The result was negative but I was unable to bear any weight on that leg. Is the pain on walking with crutches just due to bruising and tenderness from the injury?. I have been told to watch out for any numbness etc.

It could be a contusion.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
