Should I Be Worried About The Soreness And Puffiness In The Foot After Injury?
hello i banged the top of my foot 2 weeks ago... i have no bruising, but its a bit puffy.. i can stand on my toes.but when ive been walking with trainers on after an hour, then foot is sore and tender.is it something i should worry about please YYYY@YYYY
Swelling following a trauma can be due to 2 reasons only, bony injury or soft tissue injury . if it would have been a pure soft tissue injury without fracture , the swelling and tenderness (pain on touch) should have come down by this time alteast by 60%. If not please do take an x ray to rule out bone injury( fracture )
