Should I Be Worried About The Swelling In The Testicle After Hydrocele Surgery?

I just had a hydrocele surgery on my right testicle about 23-24 hours ago, and the swelling and bruising has reach the size of an orange and I know that some swelling and bruising is expected after any surgery but I was curious when medical attention should be required or if that swelling is just routine.

General Surgeon 's  Response
No, NO. This is not a routine thing to get. The swelling of the size you have said is suggested of a hematoma and needs immediate surgical attention. You may need re-exploration and control of bleeding and evacuation of the clot., tight coconut bandage, rest.
You will be fine.
