Should I Be Worried As I Am Having A Swollen Lymph Node After Having Sex With A Sex Worker?

I had sex with a sex worker almost 3 and half month back .I noticed a swollen lymphnode on right side of my neck on the 11 th week of d exposure I done my ct which shown mild enlarged lymphnodes on leve2 level4 and right supraclavicular and there were few nodules on both thyroid lobes I feared it may b sign of ars I done my HIV duo test on 12 week after exposure which was negative I am really scared pls give me a suggestion to wat to do
