Should I Be Worried Of Having Low Vitamin D And Hemoglobin While Having History Of Melanoma Skin Cancer?

I just found out I have low Vitamin D, low hemoglobin and am anemic? What could be causing this? I have had Stage 2 Melanoma skin cancer in the past? Shoudl I be concerned about cancer? I am now, starting today, taking supplements for all three of these deficiencies. Thanks.
