Should I Be Worried Of Large Movable Lump On Labia Majora?

I have a large moveable somewhat hard lump about the size around of a quarter and about 1/4 inch or more thick in the fatty layer of the left labia majora. I always thought it was normal until I realized it was just on the left side. Just wondering if I should worry about it.
