Should I Be Worried Of Swelling Of A 7 Year Old After Pulling Tooth?

My daughter is 7 and we just pulled out her top tooth. It was completely off the gum in the back so she kept playing with were I had to pull it. I had to give a good tug. Now the hole looks like it has a bubble in it, is it just swollen or should I be concerned

I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have small child and she has undergone extraction of tooth , now socket is swollen you advice her to do Warm Salt Gargle 3-4 times a day , and visit Dentist for Oral examination of socket
