Should I Be Worried Of Tight Feeling In Abdomen And Pain During Urination?

Hello. I'm a 27-year-old male and just worked out for the first time in about a year. We played racketball. I'm trying to loose some weight. Afterward I had a tightness feeling in my abdominal and it hurt a little to urinate. The tightness seems to be subsiding a bit now. Is this anything to worry about?
