Should I Complete The Prescribed Medicine Even After Cured Symptoms?

I WENT TO THE URGENT CARE OFFICE ON WEDNESDAY BECAUSE A SPIDER BIT ME ON MY RIGHT ELBOW MONDAY // AND WAS GIVEN CLINDAMYCIN AND IT WAS ENOUGHOR 10 DAYS (30 PILLS) AND WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD FINISH TAKING IT OR IS IT OKAY IF I STOP ? ? MY ELBOW GOT RED AND PRETTY SWOLLEN AND IT WAS PRETTY SORE BUT NOW IT ISN T AS SORE AS IT WAS WHEN IT FIRST HAPPENED

see every medicine is prescribed for a certain period....specially antibiotics....thats why it is called a course of antibiotics....so it is advisable to complete your full course of clindamycin which is generally for 10 days in case of gram positive bacterial infection which was most probably suspected in your case....
continue other medicines if any as directed....
