Should I Consult A Doctor As My Son Is Having Fever And Itching Rash?

My 3 year old has been running a fever and has gotten a horrible rash. I took him to the Dr. and I was told he had a virus rash and to keep the fever down and if the fever got to be 104 or if this lasted longer than a week I should bring him back. Since then we are taking his temp. about every hr and today he hasn't had a fever but his skin is so hot. It is hotter than anybody else's in the house. His rash is still horrible and very itchy, and he is not feeling well at all. Since it the weekend do you think I should take him to the hospital now?

yes it is better u consult again.if the rash has changed colour or if it is spreading it is better to consult again.
