General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This is completely normal and you should not be worried. It is always that hematoma accumulates after hernia surgery and it may take a few weeks to resolve. please, keep your testicles elevated, rest and take painkillers. Also, you can apply heparin gel to facilitate hematoma absorption.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
