Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Excessive tea or coffee while taking cymbalta also gives such symptoms. You should get doctor's advice if you can tolerate on it. You will need to wean off the drug. Other wise you might experience withdrawal signs. For fibromyalgia pregabalin can help if it suits you. You should also design an exercise therapy with the help of physical therapist. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
