Should I Continue Taking 'pamsvax XL' Capsules If I Have Dizziness?

I am taking pamsvax xL micograms capsules because i am passing water 3 or 4 times a night and just lately more reguler in day . i was quite dissy for short time today . do you think i should be taking these or would just tolerate my problem . thankyou .
