Should I Give Cetirizine To My Child If He Has ITP?

Hi
My 4 year old son has chorinc ITP. He is currently having Allergic cough and cold since he ate Stawberries. The doctor has prescribed him Ambrolite D 5ml once at night and asthalin syrup 5ml three times a day for 5 days. Shoul i be giving him cetirizine if he has ITP?

Hi Dear
Welcomerto the HCM.
ITP is a auto immune disorder.
Citrizine is not going to have negative effect in this situation cab be used for such RTI infection.
