Should I Give Neopeotine Or Bonnisan Or Colicacid To A 35 Days Old Baby For Acidity And Foamy Stool?

My baby is 35 days old..he is having gas in his stomach...he passes stool which is foamy...should I give neopeotine or bonnisan to him..I used to give colicaid to my older son..
Whichnamongst the three should I use on regular basis to help him relieve from gas problem..Thanks

Thank you for your query.
For gas problem you can use Neopeptine drops in prescribed dose.
Burp the child after each feeds to help him expelling the gas.
Gas problems decreases as the child grows.
