Should I Go For An Injection For Prevention Of HIV That Is Under Clinical Trials And Not Marketed Yet?

Hi, i am a 26 yrs old male and i had a potential HIV exposure with a CSW. i had unprotected anal sex both receiving and giving. i also had anal fissures due to rough sex. i did deepthroat also. Right after sex i had pharayngtis. dry cough mild fever, fatigue, body aches, runny nose. This all happened 2 hours sex, and i have heard that no STD shows symptoms this early. Its been 2 weeks now and i just had upset intestine, like colitis and amoebiosis. Oral thrush is also continuous for 2 weeks. Now i met this sexologist and he said , he will give me an injection for prevention of HIV and this is under clinical trials and not being marketed yet. SO should i go for it? And what do you think i possibly have got after sex? What all tests should i go for after 2 weeks of exposure?

Hi,
As you had unprotected sex with anal sex you have most chances of getting infected to STD .
HIV infection cant' be denied . So kindly go through investigation including HIV HBSAG HCV CBC CULTURE GRAM N ZN STAIN etc. AND repeat HIV TEST after4weeks and get back to me.
I would not recomend you use any non approved drug.

thanks n regards
