Should I Meet Doctor For Blood In Stool?

Hi my boyfriend recently told me that he had blood in his stool about two weeks ago and this morning I had blood in my stool and I dont think I have ever had that before since I can remember. Can this be linked? and should I go to a doctor?

I am 20 and 110, he is 18 and about 195, Neither of us really have any medical history.

Blood in the stool may have different causes, from hemorrhoids to infections and to more dangerous one.
I would recommend to see a doctor and to assess the cause of your condition, and to cure it accordingly.
