Should I Meet Doctor For Green Stools, Headache, Fever And Sore Throat?

I have green stools (gallbladder taken out last year), headache, fever, chills, swollen glands and sore throat. Called Dr. and he said to keep an eye on symptoms. Now going on two days. Should I be seen? Age 36, H-5'6", W-185. Had wisdom teeth out 3 weeks ago
