Hi, my 6 yr old son has a temperature varying between 38 and 39.5 degrees. He also has zero appetite and has had a few nose bleeds. Has no energy and also has a cough!
I've been givIng him neurofen and that keeps bringing down his temp, but should I take him to a doctor??
