Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
It looks like you are having strain in back muscles, may be weakness. I would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get X ray. If X ray shows exaggerated lumbar lordosis than you need to start physiotherapy or back muscle strengthening exercises. Also you can apply diclofenec ointment on back. If you would be my patient i would prescribe you muscle relaxant like myoril.
