Should I Start Azithromycin For Fever And Cough Of A 3 Year Old Kid And What Is The Suggested Dosage?
hello.. my child is 3.5 yrs old and he weighs 14 kg. he has fever for the last 3 days and has some cough too. i have been giving him paracetamol every 6 hours.. but still he has fever.. should i start azithromycin and is so.. can u suggest me the dose for him.. thanks

you can give syrup azithromycin 200mg (1 tsf) once a day with paracetamol and some cough syrup containing cetrizine,ambroxol,
and menthol etc.If fever continues or any respiratory problem then consult the child health specialist.
