Schizoaffective disorder is a disorder in which individuals show symptoms of both psychotic as well as mood disorders. Lithosun or Lithium Carbonate is a mood stabiliser drug and is commonly used in Schizoaffective disorder. The drug is a safe drug and if you has been diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder then you should take the drug. Your other drugs are Sizopine or Clozapine, Zisper or Risperidone. Both these drugs are antipsychotic drugs and will control the psychotic symptoms effectively. Ativan or Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine drug and helps in sleep.
