Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Symbicort is a combination of two drugs:
A steroid; and,
A Bronchodilator (Airways opening drug).

It is used for treatment of asthma, COPD--chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Yes, you may also get the palpitations, restlessness, stress, tremors etc as this is almost the same class of drug as you tried before and got the same adverse effects.

I preferably suggest you to consult back your physician and discuss with him your concerns before starting this medication. He is in a better position having your medical records and have the advantage of physical examination. He may better assist you in giving a personalized suggestion on how to proceed.
