Should I Take Medicine For Swelling In Temple And Eyebrow?

I tripped and fell in my drive Friday evening, I landed on my left side, I now still have a little swelling on my temple and below my eye brow and a black eye. Very slight pain or head ache. Should I just continue to put ice on it and can I take any type of meds for the discomfort?

black eye is self limiting and go by itself.Ice application is advisable. You can take combiflam tablet after food for 3days. vision is to be seen and fundus examination done. if both are normal then no treatment is required.
